What types of appointments would you like to be able to access outside normal surgery hours (the person you see might not be your GP, nurse, etc.)?

To put extra appointments your practice will work with others in the area. This may be at a GP practice or a central location. Where would you prefer to be seen?

If offered an appointment that wasn’t at your GP practice what would make it more likely for you to attend?
