As an increasing range of careis being delivered by practices working together in networks, called Primary Care Networks or PCNs, it is useful for patients to know which network our Practice is part of.
Our PCN includes Cheetham Hill MC, Jollys MC, Wellfield MC, Neville family practice, and Parkview. We have been working hard as a group to provide an inclusive and comprehensive vaccination roll out so all our patients can receive the COVID vaccine. Our PCN is called ‘Cheetham and Crumpsall PCN’.
